Welcome to Paper Crane!
Paper Crane is a student-run organization at UC Berkeley! Here at Paper Crane, we hope to create a support system for hospitalized children through the therapeutic effect of art to help contribute to their healing process. We design and create art kits for these kids weekly, volunteer at our partner hospitals, and work on other special projects!

The alternative to in-person workshops
Since COVID-19 had inevitably put our in-person workshops on pause, we pursued a creative alternative instead – art kits! Every other week, we package ~30-50 activity kits with all of the supplies and instructions needed inside to provide kids with a fun experience in these tough times. In fall of 2024, we will be slowly but surely starting up our in-person volunteering again!
